Children Are Important To Christ
“but Jesus said,” “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14, ESV
Jesus cared for children! He didn’t want anything to stand in the way of children coming to Him. Therefore we want to be like Jesus and teach as many of them as we can about Him!
Children’s Ministry
During the school year, each Sunday morning, we have a “children’s church” that takes place during the worship service. After singing corporately we invite the kids, ages 3-7, to come to the front for a brief message about what they will learn today. Then they are taken to their classroom for an age-appropriate lesson designed just for them!
We have two options for parents with children from birth to 3 years. The first is a sound proofed infant care room located at the back of the auditorium where you can comfortably care for your child whether they need changing or feeding. You can see and hear the service from this beautiful and comfortable room.
The second is a fully staffed nursery where you can drop your children age 3 and under and be confident that they will be adequately cared for.
What precautions do we take?
We know that when your family visits our church you are trusting us with your precious child. That is a responsibility we take very seriously. Therefore we take every precaution to make you feel comfortable about entrusting your children to our care. All of our workers undergo an extensive background check and safety training which helps equip them to work with and care for children.
